LASchool App is a free and easy to use mobile application that allows anyone to search for Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) schools by school name, type (elementary, middle, high school etc.), address, principal, or instructional director. It also allows the user to get directions to the school using the built in IOS map functionality. Search results produce phone number, address, principal name, instructional director name, board district etc.. Credits: This application was created under the direction of the Office of Curriculum and School Support of the Los Angeles Unified School District. The data is updated at least monthly in collaboration with the Office of Data and Accountability. By registering within the app using the LAUSD email, an email will be sent to verify ownership of the email account. To complete registration, click on the link included in the email. Verified users will be able to search for principal email addresses. This functionality is limited to LAUSD employees.
